Real world SCHOLARS (RWS)- Business
The 5th and 6th grade ALERT students have been given $1,000.00 each and the opportunity to start their very own businesses! Real World Scholars has brought the real world into the classroom. These young entrepreneurs had to decide on a business idea. Once they established a name for their business and the types of products they planned to sell, they had a lot of work to do. They were in charge of advertising, ordering supplies, designing and producing products, completing cost analysis, keeping a budget, and more. The students were provided a website by EdCorps where they are able to sell their products to the world. Any profits go into the business' Class Wallet. These entrepreneurs have decided to donate profits back to their community. They will be making donation to Isabel's House and Humane Society of Southwest Missouri.

Cutting Edge Kids
